What does BQ and CBQ mean in the Call category?

When looking at this call classification, what does BQ and CBQ mean?


Answer:
"BQ" stands for "Bad Quality" and it means that at least 1 MOS score was below the threshold that you established.

"CBQ" stands for "Continuous Bad Quality" and it means that several MOS samples in the call were below your threshold.
